Mr Aminu Babangida

Chairman
Mr. Aminu Babangida serves as Vice Chairman of Unity Bank Plc and has been its Non-Executive Director since March 18, 2011. Mr. Babangida has BA in Business Management in 1993 and MA in Public Relations and Business Communications from European University of Monteux in 1994.

Dr. Oluwafunsho Obasanjo

Director
Dr. Oluwafunsho Obasanjo was appointed Non-Executive Director of Unity Bank on March 18, 2011. She was thus appointed to the board. She is a scientist with insight in the areas of Molecular Biology/Biochemistry, Chemistry, Analytical Techniques and Bioinformatics. She obtained a M.Sc. in Medicinal Chemistry from University College, London, United Kingdom and also holds a PhD in Bio-Organic Chemistry from the University of East Anglia.

Mr Gideon Idoko Negedu

Director
Mr Gideon I. Negedu has several years of experience in agribusiness management in Nigeria that covers production, processing and agri input manufacturing serving on the boards of major enterprises. A graduate of Agricultural Science from the University of Ilorin and a pioneer graduate of the Agribusiness Management from the Lagos Business School and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in view from Business School Netherlands. Gideon is Married and lives in Abuja.

Mr Mike Mornu

MD/CEO
The Management Contractor has a capable Management team led by Mr. Mike Mornu, a professional supply chain management expert with over 20 years practical experience in supply chain management industry. A chartered Banker who had worked in the Banks between 1984-1995 with Nigeria Bank of Commerce and Industry and Afribank International Limited (Merchant Bankers).

Mr Kola Ajide

Operations and Logistics Manager
An indigene of Kwara state with HND (Agric Engineering) from Kwara State Polytechnic and Federal College of Agriculture, Ibadan. He had lectured at Kebbi State College of Agriculture between 2003/2004, before he commenced his career in Logistics.

Mr Oloyo Ibrahim

Warehouse Manager
He worked for OLAM COMMODITIES in Ayangba (Kogi State) where he was in charge of their warehouses in receipting, preservation processes, issuing for export delivery through OLAM Lagos Export warehouse, export documentation. He resigned to join Continental Logistics when Olam decided to close their operations in that area as part of their refocusing strategy.
